If you can let yourself slip down the historical rabbit hole, Bodie’ history is pretty colorful. From the rough west lifestyle to the incredible mining technology of the day, there is much to reflect on (America’s DNA?). What remains is approximately 5% of it’s former self. The architecture and surroundings are a point, place and time, capturing an America that once was.
